Valley Forge National Park | Maryanne and Kirk: Engaged!

It’s in the way he holds her hands when she’s nervous and starts to shake.  That calm. That tenderness.  That love that Kirk has for his soon to be bride.  It’s in the way she looks at him that makes him smile. That melts his heart. That makes him know Maryanne is the one.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get any colder…the snow started to fall.

Maryanne and Kirk…see you when I get back from Vegas! To see more of our afternoon together, CLICK HERE to see their SLIDESHOW.

For the Floridians

I have no idea what the news is reporting down there, but for some reason, it’s depicting snow of epic quantities and the scenes of the northeast are similar to that from the movie The Day After Tommorrow.  I received frantic calls asking if we were hunkered down in anticipation of the blizzard…if we had stocked up on bread, milk and eggs and if we still had electricity.  I giggled and just assured them that we were fine…excited that we didn’t have to go anywhere or do anything and could get away with lounging in our pajamas if we so chose.  The only thing that we probably weren’t going to survive was the 4 teenage girls that decided that our house was cool enough to spend the night at.  Good thing we were stocked up on wine and liquor!

Anyway, Florida…this is what it looked like yesterday afternoon :)

Thursday is the new Friday | Breanna and Nick: Sneak Peek

Thursdays at home equal Grey’s Anatomy for me.  Last night was something completely different and even more fantastic than McDreamy and McSteamy…Breanna and Nick were married! Their wedding celebration was something for the record books and today as Alli and I recover, we’re still talking about how amazing their day turned out.

For the Floridians

My phone rang earlier than usual this morning.  Apparently, news in Florida paints a grim picture of what’s going on up here and my people worry. It’s no big deal. Just a little snow fall.

And yes, I wore a jacket…and mittens…and boots…and a hat :)

And the best part?  We made her shovel the sidewalk and get a true dose of winter. hehehe.
